What we collect
When you send the estimate form, we receive what you type: your name, phone number, email address, the job's town, the type of work, how you heard about us, and your description of the job. If you call or email us, we receive your phone number or email address and what you tell us.
How we use it
We use it to answer your request, schedule a site visit, write an estimate, do the work and follow up afterward, for example to ask how the job went. We keep a simple record of requests so we know where our customers come from. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't add you to marketing lists.
Who else handles it
- Netlify hosts this website and processes the estimate form.
- Google provides our email. We also use Google Analytics to count website visits, see which pages people read, and count phone-number taps and form submissions. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technology and collects information such as your browser, device, approximate location and the pages you visit. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on.
Text messages
We don't send marketing texts. If you text us or ask us to text you, we'll use your number only for that job.
How long we keep it
We keep job records for as long as we need them for the work, warranties, taxes and legal obligations, then delete them.
Your choices
